We are looking for an experienced Driver Recruitment Specialist who will be based in Canada to help support the Driver Recruitment team and continue to take our company to the next level by elevating our International Recruitment Channels

The Driver Recruitment Specialist is a key position responsible for strengthening the international Driver talent pool. This position will be responsible for full cycle international Driver recruitment activities while adhering to the company’s established recruitment processes and protocols. The role will establish and maximize the immigration recruitment channel to align with and augment overall Driver recruitment efforts. This position will also be responsible for executing strategic marketing campaigns to support attracting select audiences domestically.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative sourcing solutions that drive recruiting strategies and deliver results both internationally and domestically
- Complete other projects as assigned
- 5 years demonstrated experience and success in recruiting for high volume, niche and/or short supply positions and lead generation, preferably in the transportation or related industry
- Understands immigration paperwork and process requirements, including time sensitivity of collecting documents
- Proven success in developing creative sourcing campaigns and implementing innovative sourcing techniques like networking, social media, advanced internet sourcing, cold-calling, lead generation, etc.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- PC skills - Windows, MS Office Suite, Internet
- Experience using Workday would be an asset
- Must be able to travel nationally and internationally
