**How to Apply**
**Key Performance Indicators**
- Growth of London Drugs revenue.
- Growth of distributor revenue (Ecotrend, Faire, Threshold).
- Growth of digital marketplace revenue.
- Onboarding of net new MASS accounts.
**Responsibilities**
- Retail Account Management_
- Increase sales volumes with major retail accounts by identifying and leveraging new opportunities.
- Work with marketing to create and manage in-store retail promotions that drive sales.
- Build relationships with key account stakeholders through regular communication and leverage these relationships to maximize account-level sales.
- Track important sales dates in Asana including product introductions, promotional dates, demo dates, and trade shows and ensure adherence to these dates.
- Distributor Relationship Management_
- Grow sales of Santevia’s distribution accounts through the analysis of trends and execution of opportunities.
- Work with external sales representatives to help them grow Santevia’s product line through expanding store count and increasing account volume.
- Manage key sales programs like demos, coop advertising and car stock to drive incremental account-level sales.
- Work with marketing to create sales programs and tools that drive sales.
- Retail Marketplace Management_
- Manage retail marketplace relationships including, RONA, HomeDepot, Walmart and FAIRE.
- Work with the marketing team to optimize product display pages to grow marketplace revenue continuously.
- Work with external marketplace teams to run promotions.
- Engage with key stakeholders to convert digital marketplaces into brick-and-mortar accounts.
- Administration_
- Maintain weekly sales scorecards showcasing performance versus target.
- Continuous entry and update/maintenance of partner records in the sales CRM and ERP systems.
- Work with the Marketing, Operations and Customer Service teams to maintain annual sales calendars and ensure comprehensive planning.

**Compensation**
- $50,000 base + commission. On target compensation (65K+)
