Industrial Custodian

:

- Clean restrooms, break rooms, lunchrooms, meeting rooms, offices, and common areas in both the production and office areas.
- Monitor and resupply soap and other cleaning/hygiene supplies as needed in washrooms and lunchrooms.
- Clean and maintain building floor surfaces including, but not limited to sweeping, mopping, damp mopping, vacuuming, and floor scrubber machine.
- Waste, recycling, and organics streaming, collection, and disposal
- Monitor and report facility issues requiring repair
- Report supply requisition needs to managers
- Monitor and supervise the janitorial responsibilities of an individual with special needs.
- Perform minor facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Other janitorial duties as assigned.
- Additional and alternative duties that may be changed from time-to-time by the employer.
- Previous janitorial experience in an industrial setting
- Proven ability to mentor, supervise, and train custodial staff
- Ability to plan and organize
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
