**Job Overview**

Inline Group has an immediate opportunity available for a skilled **Proposal and Estimating Coordinator** to support project proposal development and general business development activities based at Inline’s head office in Acheson, AB. Come join our team and experience the difference.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and support the BD team in all aspects of proposal development
- Create proposal drafts for new opportunities and RFP requests.
- Create project budgets and estimate project requirements.
- Communicate with clients, gather required proposal documents, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate proposal updates, reporting, and statuses to the BD group.
- Conduct research into projects, industries, and other relevant data
- Utilize G/NG matrix and enter new opportunities into Inline’s CRM tool.
- Provide support in maintaining re-use libraries and ensure accuracy of previous/current information, including but not limited to project profiles.
- Keep detailed records and writing reports
- Establish and maintain tender process
- Provide support for proposal follow ups, and ensure data is updated in salesforce for reporting and dashboarding.
- Populate client and/or project pre-qualification forms which includes the gathering applicable and requested information.
- Provide general support to marketing outputs and initiatives including social media, content writing, event planning and more.
- Support with data entry, reporting, or administrative tasks within the CRM.
- Provide general support to senior business development leaders with general or administrative requests.

**Minimum Qualification, Skills & Experience**
- Based out of Edmonton, AB
- Diploma or Degree from post-secondary institution, with 3+ years of work experience.
- Background or experience in engineering or construction an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail in terms of writing, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Strong writing capabilities - both technical and creative.
- Ability to work within tight timelines and fast-paced environments.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills

**Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in proposal development or estimating
- Familiarity with CRM functionality (Salesforce Preferred)
- Experience with proposal software (Proposify Preferred)
