**North Simcoe Veterinary Services **is a long-standing mixed animal veterinary practice situated in Midland. Our clinic is committed to delivering top-tier veterinary care to our furry patients and ensuring exceptional customer service for their dedicated owners. As a multi-doctor practice, we place significant emphasis on preventive medicine, client education, and providing compassionate care.

Currently, we are seeking a dependable, conscientious, innovative, and leadership-oriented individual, preferably a Registered Veterinary Technician, to assume the role of a collaborative Practice Manager. This role will involve working closely with our Practice Owner, Management and VetCircle, a management support company, to offer leadership, support, and mentorship to our dedicated team.

**What you'll do**:

- Mentor, develop, and lead our team members to excel in their roles.
- Balance the needs of the team with the financial goals of the business.
- Maintain the level of patient care and customer service that our community has grown to appreciate for 40 years
- Identify areas of opportunity to increase efficiency and implement improvements.
- Ensure team members complete their daily tasks and are fulfilling their responsibilities.
- Recruit, interview, and train new team members with an emphasis on accountability, integrity, teamwork, and appreciation.
- Continue to foster a sense of family within our team.
- Continue to utilize your technical skills when needed
- Experience working as an RVT, **large animal experience preferred**:

- Experience working in veterinary management (lead roles are acceptable)
- Experience in an HR capacity
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Compassion and great conflict resolution

**Experience**:

- Large Animal: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Veterinary Technician: 1 year (required)
