Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Server and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude upon their arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests.
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or.
- Upsell additional menu items and beverages to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service and a positive working environment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, including setup, breakdown, and cleaning tasks.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including uniform and grooming standards.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions.
- Knowledge of food and beverage items is a plus.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Certification in food handling and safety is required.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: From $16.75 per hour
