**gestionnaire en chef **pour son équipe de
**Gestion de projets techniques**, au sein du segment de marché Life & Safety.

Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, le gestionnaire supervisera la charge de travail de plusieurs projets en parallèle, tout en assumant la direction d'une équipe de gestionnaires de projets techniques motivés. Il devra rédiger des rapports mensuels tout en assurant la surveillance et le suivi des objectifs (KPI) du Service. Il devra, de façon capitale, prioriser et optimiser les ressources de l'équipe et maximiser les recettes, tout en accordant sa pleine attention au client. Le gestionnaire agira en tant que point de contact pour les problèmes liés aux projets en cours, qui lui ont été signalés, et il devra établir des normes et des pratiques exemplaires.

**Fonctions essentielles**:

- Fournir leadership et orientation pour ce qui est des projets/tâches techniques, en s’assurant que le personnel atteigne les objectifs stratégiques.
- Résoudre les problèmes liés à la gestion de projet, qui ont été transmis à son échelon.
- S'assurer que le personnel assigné gère les projets en conséquence.
- Gérer et faciliter la gestion des ressources affectées aux projets, y compris attribuer un ordre de priorité aux projets.
- Établir, maintenir en place et mettre à jour les politiques et les procédures qui touchent son équipe, en fonction des leçons apprises et des progrès réalisés dans l'industrie.
- Rédiger des énoncés de travaux et des demandes de modification.
- Réaliser des analyses de budget et de coûts.
- Effectuer la gestion du rendement et établir les objectifs à atteindre dans ce sens.
- S'occuper de la formation et de l'encadrement des nouveaux employés.

**Éducation**:

- Un baccalauréat est exigé en administration des affaires, en informatique, dans les systèmes d’informations de gestion ou dans un domaine connexe. Une expérience de travail équivalente dans un poste similaire peut remplacer une exigence en matière de formation académique

**Expérience**:

- Un minimum de six (6) années d’expérience est exigé en gestion, avec responsabilités croissantes, dans un environnement d’affaires, particulièrement dans la gestion de projets, le développement de produits ou encore dans les produits ou services techniques.
- Un minimum de deux années d’expérience en supervision est exigé.
- Connaissances intermédiaires exigées dans les logiciels de suivi de projets
- Exemples (MS Project ou Smart Sheets)
- Connaissance de Word, Excel et PowerPoint exigée
- Connaissances avancées, de préférences

Intrado is looking to hire a
**Manager **of our
** Technical Project Management **team to join our Life & Safety business segment.

This role will oversee project workload for several projects at once while leading a team of driven technical project managers. This manager will produce monthly reporting while monitoring and tracking department goals (KPI). It will be pivotal that they prioritize and optimize team resources and maximize revenue, while caring for the customer. This role will be the escalated point of contact for active projects and be expected to establish best practices and standards.

**Essential Duties**:

- Responsible for providing leadership and direction on technical projects/tasks ensuring staff maintains compliance with strategic goals
- Address escalated project management concerns
- Ensure assigned staff is managing projects accordingly
- Manage and facilitate resource management for projects including prioritizing projects
- Establish, maintain, and update policies and procedures for team based on lessons learned and advancements in the industry
- Produce statement of work and change orders
- Budgetary and cost analysis
- Performance management and goal setting
- Training and mentoring new hires

**Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems, or a related field is required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.

**Experience**:

- Minimum six years of increasingly responsible management experience in a business environment with an emphasis in project management, product development or technical products or services required
- Minimum of two years supervisory experience
- Relevant project management experience with Enterprise environments (Operating Systems, Applications, Network Infrastructure and Unified Communications)
- Intermediate knowledge of project tracking software required (MS Project, Smart Sheets, Atlassian)
- Advanced Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
