**RESPONSABILITÉS PRIMAIRES**
- Effectuer la production, la cuisson et l’assemblage des desserts signatures de AYLA, ainsi que des dessert de notre Groupe de Restauration
- Créer des desserts contemporains et mettre en place des opérations culinaires efficaces
- Participer aux tâches quotidiennes + la prep de la station de pâtisserie
- Donner l'exemple en tant que chef proactif assurant la qualité et l'uniformité de tous les produits servis
- Respecter les recettes, les horaires et les coûts de production établis par l'entreprise
- Prise d'inventaire hebdomadaire pour assurer un approvisionnement frais et de qualité
- Appliquer les normes et politiques d’hygiène, de salubrité et de sécurité
- Effectuer les tâches déléguées du chef et/ou du directeur général

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3+ans d'expérience en pâtisserie
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à maintenir un niveau de professionnalisme sous pression
- Passion pour la nourriture et l'excellence culinaire
- Des professionnels compétents, autonomes, réfléchis et créatifs
- Doit habiter dans la région du Grand Montréal
