CSSI is seeking a Construction Labourer to assist our Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioners (ROWP) with Septic System installation jobs.

**Who we are**:
CSSI designs, installs, maintains, and inspects on-site septic systems. Our team members have superior technical knowledge and they take pride in delivering terrific customer service. We have a great team that believes in hard work, innovation, and collaboration. Our work is primarily in the Victoria area but we also work all over Vancouver Island.

**Duties & Responsibilities may include**:

- Job site clean-up/ light yard clean-up.
- Loading and unloading material, moving material, and material deliveries to job sites with use of company vehicles.
- Understanding of safety, shop work practices, and use of hand and power tools.
- Comfortable working outside in all types of weather.
- Have own PPE (steel toed boots, hard hat, etc.)
- Able to work in a team environment and independently.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driver's abstract.
- Class 3 license or Heavy Endorsement 20 is an asset.
- Experience with onsite septic systems, perimeter drains, or irrigation systems installation is an asset.

Starting wage will be determined by skill level. Opportunities for advancement/growth within the company is available if interest is shown to become an ROWP.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
