Mechanical Commissioning Specialist

A Commissioning Agent will perform testing and operational verification of mechanical HVAC systems, water and air. Complete detailed testing paperwork. Organize and host commissioning meetings. Communicate with clients on a day to day basis.

**Compensation**:
BCG employees are provided with a competitive hourly wage along with paid vacation, extended medical, dental, prescription coverage, cell phone and fuel allowance.

**Qualifications**:
At time of applying.
- Previous Commissioning experience is ideal
- Two years’ experience in the construction industry preferred.
- Mechanical systems and/or electrical knowledge are preferred.
- Must be organized and able to self manage
- Must have basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office programs such as Teams, Excel and Word.
- Be able to work in a busy and oftentimes demanding environment
- Be willing to work with ladders and light hand tools
- Be able to report to various projects throughout the Greater Vancouver area.
- Must have your own personal transportation.
- Must live in the Metro Vancouver area
- Must have a clean criminal record.
- Be fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- Good communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and well organized.

**Salary**: $24.00-$42.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
