**About the Role**

**What you’ll do**:

- Work as part of our telecoms department.
- Manage Voice and Messaging reporting.
- Monitor our telecommunications infrastructure and diagnose any issues that may arise with deployments (voice and text).
- Collaborate with internal teams on connectivity issues affecting client relations.
- Able to travel in case you need to install/maintain our infrastructure
- Support projects across all areas of Ulula’s operations, especially projects in Africa.
- All other assigned tasks, commiserate with your role and responsibility as Telecommunication Support Technician

**Your preferred profile**:

- Experience with any type of telecommunication network
- Experience liaising with technical and non-technical teams around the world.
- Working knowledge of VoIP and systems that use automated responses.
- Passion for documentation
