**What You’ll Do**:
**You’ll act with integrity to**:
- Liaise with government agencies, Bell Canada and internal clients as it relates to large relocations to plan and schedule installation of telephones, intercoms and systems at the Legislative Precinct.
- Develop and maintain an accurate inventory of all current telephones, systems intercoms, voice mail systems and other telecommunications systems in use at the Legislative Precinct.
- Responsible for the transition and integration of new telecommunication hardware and software including installation and configuration.
**You’ll support our collaboration as you**:
- Effectively work in collaboration with all parties including engineers and administrators to ensure uninterrupted operations of all telecommunication systems across an extensive network of offices.
- Participate in the planning and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity measures to ensure telecommunication services remain available in the event of network or system failures.
**How You Qualify**:
**You demonstrate excellence through your**:
- 2 to 3 years college or equivalent, with a broad knowledge of telecommunication methods, techniques and practices.
- Familiar with network topologies such as Frame Relay, ATM ISDN.
- Experience migrating PBX to VoIP systems is preferred
