As a Data Analyst within Pomerleau's Cost-Finance Control team, you will identify trends and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity for a large-scale building and infrastructure construction project(s) - ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion. You will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet these and support business objectives.

**What You Will Do**
- Collect, clean and prepare data from various sources to make it usable;
- Analyze data to provide recommendations for improving efficiency and productivity;
- Work closely with technical teams, managers and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and adapt analyses accordingly;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and tools within the organization;
- Develop customized dashboards and reports to present results clearly and concisely;
- Study the use of data to identify opportunities for improvement;
- Find and implement innovative solutions and tools to automate data reporting.

**This role could be for you if you have**
- College or university degree in finance, accounting, computer science or related field;
- 5 years' experience in data analysis and database manipulation;
Experience in using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and data extraction tools (e.g. SQL);
- Additional assets:

- Experience in the construction industry
