We are seeking a **_Used Vehicle Acquisition Specialist_** to service 3 of our group’s dealerships in London, Ontario**:_Leavens Volkswagen, Leavens Mazda, and _**_Leavens Chrysler._

This role mainly focuses on answering all incoming internet leads via the ‘Instant Cash Offer’ (ICO) platform through Autotrader and works with the selling customer to book an appointment with the dealership’s Used Car Manager. You will be responding to, and following up with, approximately 250 leads per month. You are the face of the dealership with respect to all incoming ICO leads

**Job Duties**
- Responding to all incoming leads where a customer is looking to sell their vehicle.
- Must respond to customer inquiries promptly (within 15 mins) and professionally.
- Set up a customer appointment at one of our 3 dealerships with the customer who is looking to sell their vehicle via the Instant Cash Offer process.
- Must log all conversations within the dealership’s CRM with documented future follow-up dates.
- Must be able to identify which dealership the customer’s appointment should be allocated to based on the make/model of the vehicle, and the success rate of that vehicle selling at the allocated location.
- Track incoming leads, appointment confirmations, and all KPI’s relating to the ICO process per the Used Car Manager’s direction.
- Collaborate with the dealership’s Used Car Manager to understand the dealership’s inventory needs.
- You may also be involved with helping to source used vehicles using various means including online auctions, or private purchases outside of the ICO platform.
- Understand market trends and changes to trends in used car market.
- Know and understand equity and values and can explain depreciation.
- Develop and run reports, analyze results of purchase, and sell process.

**Knowledge Essentials**
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills
- Customer service experience, and/or Business Development Center (BDC) experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Analytical, creative, and innovative approaches in solving problems.
- Understand vehicle jargon and have a basic knowledge of the trade-in process & reconditioning process at the dealership for any used vehicle.
- Dealership experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Vauto or Autotrader is preferred.
- OMVIC required.
- Holds an active interest in automobiles.
- Merchandise or inventory management experience, preferably in automotive retail or automotive-related industry
- Valid driver's license
- ** Some travelling between the three dealerships may be a requirement of this position.**
