**Logistics Coordinator**

**Location: Vaughan, ON**

**Timings
- 9AM to 5 PM**

**Employment Type: Full-time**

**Salary: $24-$25 depending on experience**

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a Client Support Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This hands-on role

involves managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and

storage services. Reporting to the Head of Client Experience, you will be responsible for

delivering exceptional client experiences daily, resolving issues, and optimizing logistics

processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Client Relationship Management:

- Own the relationship with clients from onboarding to daily interactions.

- Review and confirm client orders for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all

necessary information is obtained.

**Operations Coordination**:

- Assist and communicate with internal team members and clients to ensure

inquiries and commitments are met timely.
- Manage client expectations on the day of service, communicate timing and

delays, and creatively resolve issues.
- Create daily schedules for deliveries and logistics with the team and third-party

logistics providers, optimizing routes and assigning teams.

**Logistics Management**:

- Quote orders and book third-party logistics where required.
- Handle order adjustments and daily client inquiries.
- Monitor activities to ensure they are completed accurately, timely, and with

excellent customer experience.
- Manage and communicate any route or order changes to the moving team.
- Execute systemic components of receiving, inspection, and closing out orders

when necessary.
- Ensure the accuracy of order and delivery management.
- Perform investigations when required.

**Experience and Skills Required**
- Experience communicating effectively and collaboratively to resolve complex and time
- sensitive issues.
- Experience organizing and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven track record of creating structure in ambiguous situations.
- Previous work experience in a client-facing operations role.
- Client-Service Oriented: Enjoys working with clients and stakeholders, building win
- win relationships, and adding value through the service provided.
- Hands-On Learner and Problem Solver: Constantly learning new things, getting into

details to understand how things work, and coming up with innovative solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
