We are seeking a Crew Lead. As the Crew Lead, you will oversee and help perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the region.

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Oversee and assist with the production of Day/Night work.
- Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling, sealcoating, pothole repairs
- Keep your crew on track and working safely, effectively and efficiently
- Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
- Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
- Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
- Additional tasks as required

**Qualifications**
**WHAT YOU BRING**
- A G Class driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation
- You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
- You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
- Ability to work well independently and unsupervised
- Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
- An Engineering educational background is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Additional pay:
