**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the purchasing process including the buying, selling and distributions aspects of the company
- Set and enforce a budget for the purchasing department
- Evaluate purchasing policies and implement improvements to existing purchasing processes and delivery systems
- Hire and train purchasing department staff
- Maintain records of inventory to determine when new goods need to be ordered
- Oversee the negotiations of all purchases made by the purchasing department
- Negotiate on behalf of the organization and maintain good relationships with vendors
- Communicate with sales and other departments to effect working strategies
- Handle contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers
- Identify ideal suppliers based on quality, cost and reliability
- Maintain a good rapport with the company's clientele
- Follow all procedures in compliance of Advanced Skytech Canada Ltd. standard policy and operation regulations

Minimum Requirements:

- Required experience: minimum 2-year working experience in purchasing and management
- Required skills: intermediate level of using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, strong verbal and written skills in English

Competitive ability**:Exhibits excellent organizational skills in fast pace environment ** Must have a very high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- **Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines**
