Reporting into the Manager, Operations - Initiative Delivery, the Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to document detailed level requirements that align to the overall project objective and work collaboratively with technology teams to ensure requirements are well understood and solutions are delivered according to the requirements. The Business Analyst will also identify, update, and build out processes and procedures using process maps and user stories to help contribute to a positive experience for both our customers and our internal teams.
- Able to assess project and/or process scope to properly identify impacted stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with impacted stakeholders, capturing all relevant requirements, and ensuring they are appropriately mapped to the project objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear, complete, and are aligned with current business needs.
- Liaise between the business and technology to ensure business requirements are clear, concise, and well defined.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders and identify and navigate risks and/or issues that come up along the project lifecycle.
- Identify and update business processes as necessary as they relate to a new project or a change in policy by documenting the existing and future state process maps and updating all relevant material.
- Collaborate with technology to ensure the solution is delivered according to documented requirements.

**Job Requirements**
- Knowledge of business analysis and project delivery practices and standards across the project life cycle
- Working knowledge of business process mapping and documentation.
- Facilitation skills to drive accurate requirements elicitation across many stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and ability to organize requirements effectively.
- Awareness of how to work in an agile environment and agile related tools (eg. Confluence, Jira)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3- 5 years of related experience in business analysis and project delivery
