Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Implement behavior management techniques to support clients
- Provide transportation for appointments and outings
- Prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Administer medications under the direction of a nurse or healthcare professional
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
Qualifications:
- Experience in development and childcare is preferred
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of meal preparation and nutrition guidelines
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
