Holiday Inn Express Pembroke is looking for a Hotel General Manager to be responsible for the supervision and coordination of our staff. The Hotel Manager should be able to manage all aspects of the hotel, including room reservations, sales, service, and ensure smooth operation of the front desk. Ultimately, the manager should ensure the continued operation of the hotel, promoting its growth and continuing the reputation as the primier accommodations in the Ottawa Valley.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of our staff including hiring, training, supervision, performance management, termination and performance review
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and MOL policies
- Attend to general maintenance of all areas of the building including but not limited to rooms, parking lots etc.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses
- Promote positive brand image by being friendly and accommodating to customers
- Greet customers kindly and provide information on all services
- Supervise guests that may require assistance or accommodation. Ensure that all required services are provided to them in a courteous and timely manner. Ensure that all hotel areas are neat, clean and well maintained at all times

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
