**Medical Laser Technician and Aesthetic Specialist MINIMUM 5 years of full-time work experience please.**

This position requires an experienced, highly-motivated and enthusiastic laser technician with demonstrated success in customer service, sales, and practical knowledge of the medical aesthetic industry and skin care.

Compensation: Competitive wage including complimentary staff treatments (neurotoxin, fillers, laser, etc.) potential for other bonuses.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform aesthetic laser treatments, including but not limited to photo rejuvenation, Laser Hair Removal, PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma), Alexandrite / Diode, ND Yag Laser, RF skin tightening, Scarlet RF Microneedling and Chemical Peels.
- Cosmetic consultations with clients: provide information and pricing for products & services, set realistic expectations.
- Proficient in skin care analysis, skin typing and medical skin care lines.
- Demonstrate exceptional professionalism in greeting, welcoming and preparing all scheduled and in-calling clients
- Contact existing, new and potential clients regarding appointments, services, products, promotions and post-procedural follow-up
- Prepare clients for visit and treatments by providing pre and post-treatment instructions, photographs, consent forms for treatment, and preparing treatment rooms
- Manage and process client payments and check out procedures
- Follow up phone call to all patients post procedure
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Proficient in documentation / charting

**Personal Skills**
- Knowledge and awareness of laser treatments (Laser Hair Removal, etc.), skin aesthetics services (chemical peels, microdermabrasion), and medical cosmetic procedures such as injectable products (neurotoxin, dermal fillers)
- Approachable, immediately likeable, widely relating, mature approach

- Computer knowledge of scheduling, billing software, Internet, Microsoft Office Suite

**Job Type**: Part-time Monday, Wednesday and Friday to start. Will lead to a full-time position.

Required experience:

- Medical Laser Aesthetician / Laser Tech: 5 years minimum. More is beneficial.

- Diploma/Certificate

- 8 hour shift

- Cambridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
