Corfix is a mobile app used on the jobsite by construction workers to manage day-to-day tasks and provide high-level oversight.

We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Product Manager who is comfortable working with teams to deliver on a product vision. We’d like an enthusiastic communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills, who can translate market and customer needs into product requirements.

**About the Role**

As a SaaS Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including MArketing, Sales, and Customer Success to define product strategy, prioritize product features, and ensure the successful launch of new products and features.

**Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of product direction and strategies, while remaining attentive to market trends and customer needs.
- Understand market problems and use cases by gathering feedback from a variety of product stakeholders, including customers, users, and internal stakeholders, as well as observing market dynamics.
- Work closely with both our development team and customers to jointly define, validate, and deliver a best-in-class user experience.
- Take charge of early-stage development of various products by making key decisions and providing guidance.
- Develop a clear vision for an early-stage software product, and take ownership of the strategies and roadmap required to achieve that vision.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding of their underlying problems and needs, going beyond initial requirements and solutions.
- Develop clear customer and business outcomes, translate them into software deliverables and requirements, and guide the Development team towards completion.
- Craft compelling and competitive product positioning and messaging that highlights Corfix’s value proposition.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive throughout all phases of the product lifecycle to help drive growth.
- Act as an informal leader and mentor to other team members.
- Foster a team dynamic that supports continual improvement.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS software companies.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline.
- Experience in user/market research and developing concepts into saleable products.
- Data driven mindset and proven analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive teams to execute on well-defined plans.

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
