We are a leading grower, importer, and packer of fresh produce in the country. We are hiring an Inventory Coordinator who will provide support in coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of client care service.

**Schedule**
- Open Availability is crucial

Two shifts available:

- Monday to Friday - 8:00 am-4:00 pm

**Duties**
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate all new orders to the warehouse, packing room and transportation company
- Follow up on any shortages from the previous day
- Process any replacements/rejections
- Prepare sales orders & shipping sheets
- Coordinate necessary truck changes as per warehouse need
- Receive appointment confirmations
- Finalize all bills and provide to warehouse shippers
- Prepare and maintain reports in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Act as a back-up for other administrative positions when required
- Assist with special projects
- Other duties relevant to the position will be assigned as required

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- **University Degree is a must**:

- **Exceptional customer service is a must**:

- Goal-orientated mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate-to-advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills required on turn times that fluctuate daily
- Team player that is willing to jump in wherever needed
- Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Restaurant serving experience is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
