- **Management Trainee (Sales Management Support)**_
- As a business partner to support key accounts to implement corporate sales strategies
- Identify new opportunities to achieve sales growth and enhance ongoing customer relationships
- Conducting sales programs for upselling to meet or exceed sales budget and volume targets
- Coordinate with Marketing Team to ensure all the sales plans are executed in a timely manner
- Maintain close working relationships with other functional departments to deploy resources to support all the sales activities
- React promptly to adjust the sales activities according to the market trend
- Proactively suggest sales programs and work with Marketing Team for Brand promotion
- Prepare and consolidate various sales reports for senior management to review
- Provide essential customer feedbacks to appropriate divisions
- Generate data for reports, review sales and inventory management reports, and provide feedback to senior management to inform future management decisions
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed

**Job Requirement**
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in sales and account management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills along with advance knowledge of MS office
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding customer service, proactive, energetic and a team player
- Sales oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks and projects under fast pace work environment
- Good command of English, an additional second language (e.g. Cantonese/ Mandarin/Japanese etc.) is a plus
