Customer Support Lead

Gardenzilla is seeking a Customer Support Lead to join our amazing team. This role will be responsible for client intake and client support and will work closely with our administrative, sales and field teams and report to our office manager. We are looking for a great communicator who can take charge of client care and wants to work with a busy, successful, engaged team.
**Responsibilities**
Client Care: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide excellent support to enhance overall client satisfaction.
Office Administration: Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. Assist with updating client records and managing customer databases.
Phone Reception: Work alongside a seasonal receptionist to ensure that the phone is answered and messages are responded to, providing clients with a warm and professional greeting. Answer inquiries, provide information about our services, and direct calls to the appropriate departments within the company.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer support experience. Share customer feedback and insights to improve the company's services and operations.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or reception role is highly preferred.
- Typing speed is at least 60 words per minute.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to assist and support customers.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer inquiries and records.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Must have a valid G or G2 driver's license.
