We are currently seeking a Chef de Cuisine with extensive knowledge of French cuisine. Our restaurant is a French Parisian Style Brasserie. This position is hands on and focused on prep and service. This position is ideal for a chef who wants to focus on the food with out the responsibilities of administration. Working with the Executive Chef, essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading the team during prep and service.
- Support the Executive Chef in daily operations of the restaurant (daily checklists, ordering etc.)
- Make offers to R&D relative to menu, production and overall efficiencies.
- Maintain and implement culinary standards as set out by the executive chef as related to food prep, service cycles, and plating standards.
- Maintain Health & Safety standards, and general cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas.

- Salary 50k inclusive of starting salary plus tips, benefits.
Experience and passion for French Cuisine is required
