- Schedule and confirm appointments using AbelDent and RecallMax systems
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Manage patient records and update information as necessary
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims and estimates
- Collect payments and provide accurate billing information to patients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is required
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Knowledge of dental software such as AbelDent is required
- Knowledge of RecallMax is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 - 40 per week
