Redemption Specialist

About this Position

We are looking for Redemption Specialist to join our Mutual Fund Department.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all redemptions are in order for completeness and suitability
- Responsible to send certain redemptions to fund companies
- Coordinate with fund companies to ensure that redemptions have been processed on a timely manner
- Responsible for processing and reviewing wire orders in RPM system
- Prepare daily production report
- Responsible for calling field representatives and returning redemptions to trade resolution team for deficiencies
- Miscellaneous duties as may be required

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through related work experience
- Experience in mutual fund operations would be considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, strong attention to detail and able to work under pressure
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
