You will also work directly to support an international scheme **(International Experience Canada) as we are a Recognized Organization (RO) with the Government of Canada.**
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Informing and problem-solving with applicants on any and all program questions.
- Managing and Coordinating participants arriving in Canada to start their adventure: arranging arrivals, pre-departure orientations, managing hostel reservations, shuttles, organizing staff housing accommodation, collecting payments, etc.
- Create an exceptional customer experience by proactively engaging with participants to ensure their needs are understood and met during their stay in Canada.
- Identify service gaps, using your unique connection to our participant base to be their voice in initiatives for our company.
- Participate in creating content and videos for sales and marketing.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or Tourism studies.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Sales or Project Management
- Passionate about travelling and able to encourage that spark in others.
- Great communication and customer service skills are a MUST
- Empathetic and understanding. You always take the time to think about things from participant's perspective and what the outcome of your actions might be.
- Effective at multi-tasking with good attention to detail; take pride in being organized and can juggle competing priorities.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also produce quality work independently.
- Able to trouble shoot using critical-thinking skills in a complex and deadline-oriented environment.
- For you, going above and beyond is the only way you know how to work.
