We are looking for an experienced and passionate product owner to join our enterprise Data & Analytics (D&A) team. Within the Chief Information Officer’s (CIO) organization and reporting to the Head of Analytics and Cloud Solutions, the Product Owner - Data & Analytics is responsible to coordinate the delivery of data solutions (BI, ML/AI) to support the business functions with their reporting, dashboard and advanced analytics needs (Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence).

In your role, you will:

- Be the D&A team representative, working with the business functions, to understand their needs and ensure alignment of our team with their business objectives/goals.
- Manage incoming demand to the D&A team and manage priorities align with the team capacity.
- Work with cross-functional teams on both the IT (App owners, Solution architects, Developers) and business to ensure seamless delivery of D&A solutions.
- Capture clear requirements and be responsible for creating and maintaining the Functional Specification Documentation (FSDs).
- Oversee the end-to-end process of delivery, including deployment and release into production.
- Be comfortable to operate in waterfall and/or agile mode, as appropriate, to deliver data solutions. For Agile, create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
- Ensure clear UAT criteria are documented and manage the UAT process with the delivery team and business stakeholders.
- Work in collaboration with the data governance team and enterprise data architect to ensure that delivered solutions are aligned with governance principles and the data glossary.
- Work closely with the Security team and the Data Privacy Officer to protect the enterprise data asset and maintain compliance to evolving regulation.
- Act as a data translator, translating business challenges into data analytics opportunities, to enable a data-driven enterprise.
- Act as an evangelist to implement a culture of analytics, across all business functions, for harvesting the value of data.
- Provide status updates to management team for the D&A product evolution.
- Promote an innovation mindset by staying informed of the latest development related to data and analytics.

**Qualifications**
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar Product Owner role for delivering D&A solutions.
- You have experience working in Agile approach and leading cross-functional teams.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are a master communicator (French and English), with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of breaking down technical and complex concepts in a way that is understood by non-technical audiences.
- You have experience with data visualization tools and storytelling with data.
- You have experience with modern data solution implementation (cloud, lakehouse).
- You have experience of Microsoft data solutions (SQL server, Azure datalake, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, PowerBI).
- You are PMP Certified
- Being Scrum Master Certified would be an asset.
- Having experience in the aerospace industry would be an asset.
