**description du poste**

Akelius recherche un représentant du centre de service à temps-partiel pour rejoindre l'équipe du centre de service nord-américaine.

Le représentant du centre de service est le premier point de contact de nos résidents, de nos locataires potentiels, du personnel de gestion, des propriétés et des équipes de location. De plus, notre équipe est responsable de la coordination de nombreux projets.

Le représentant du centre de service maintient un haut degré de concentration dans la gestion de multiples situations qui sont axées sur les personnes.

Il assume la responsabilité d'être le meilleur des meilleurs tout en offrant un service exceptionnel aux résidents dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
- répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux courriels des résidents et des locataires de manière courtoise et opportune, et assurer une satisfaction supérieure de la clientèle
- créer, saisir des données et exécuter des ordres de travail pour les résidents avec des informations détaillées
- envoyer les ordres de travail au personnel spécialisé
- assurer la liaison avec les équipes de gestion immobilière et de location
- assurer le suivi de l'exécution des ordres de travail / aider aux rappels de loyers / aux projets d'immobilisations
- gérer les situations prioritaires de manière professionelle
- respecter tous les paramètres du centre de service de l'entreprise
- participer à une communication ouverte avec l'équipe du centre de service et la direction afin d'obtenir des améliorations, des suggestions et des commentaires
- autres tâches à accomplir

**qui êtes-vous**
- avoir récemment terminé les études post-secondaires
- service à la clientèle/centre d'appels - un ou deux ans minimum
- axé sur le client, positif, professionnel et amical
- excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
- parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais)
- résolution de problèmes - prise en charge des responsabilités, capacités à anticiper et à résoudre les problèmes, orientation vers les solutions et dynamisme
- esprit d'équipe - travailler en équipe avec le personnel interne et externe, être prévoyant, être capable de partager des idées et des suggestions, se concentrer sur la situation dans son ensemble, faire preuve d'esprit d'équipe
- calme et pondération - gérer des personnalités différentes, être capable de trouver des solutions logiques, rester calme et pondéré
- gestion du temps - être organisé, établir des priorités, respecter les délais et effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- une expérience dans le domaine de l'immobilier est utile (connaissance de Yardi est un atout)

Akelius is seeking a service center representative (part-time) to join the North American Service Center team.

The Service Center Representatives are the first point of contact for our residents, prospective tenants, property management staff and leasing teams. In addition, our team is responsible for coordinating many projects.

They take responsibility as being the best of the best while delivering exceptional service to residents in a fast-paced environment.
- create input date entry for, and execute work orders for residents with detailed information
- dispatch work orders to trades personnel
- liaise with property management and leasing teams
- follow up work order completion / assist with ren reminders / capitals projects
- manage priority situations in a professional manner
- adherence to all company service center metrics
- partake in open communication with the service center team and management for improvements, suggestions, and input
- other duties as assigned
