**HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**
- Facilitate student learning in a variety of methods, though a key component will be to support hands-on labs.
- Assess, monitor, and provide feedback to the students to facilitate the successful completion of their diploma program.
- Support and collaborate with instructors to ensure effective course delivery for the students.
- Demonstrate effective human relations skills.
- Demonstrate professional conduct.
- Adhere to policies and procedures of the program and college.
- Participate in professional development.
- Contribute to the achievement of divisional and program unit goals.
- Coordinate and maintain the lab and prepare and facilitate laboratory activities.

- Update course materials and participate in curriculum review.
- Maintain appropriate student records.
- Liaise with other instructional team members.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- **
Current registration, in good standing, with the Alberta College of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician is required.**:

- 3+ years of full-time practice experience or the equivalent of part-time experience in community and/or institutional practice.
- Currently employed as a pharmacy technician in pharmacy practice.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proficiency with Kroll is an asset.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively on a team.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Demonstrated time-management skills.
- History of project management is an asset.
- Experience teaching, and/or mentoring others.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of and appreciation of the pharmacy technician profession.
- Experience working in collaborative environments with other healthcare providers.

**SALARY**:$43,222-$56,154 annually (amount shown is calculated to a 0.8FTE) reflective upon what you bring AKA your education and experience. This is a permanent 0.8FTE part time position with immediate access to our great benefit program.
