- Provides planning parameters values needed for rough cut and detailed capacity planning, including lead times, yields, success rates, run rates and shop calendars to ensure production schedulers have the correct planning assumptions for production planning and scheduling.**What your days would look like**:

- Responsible for oversight of end-to-end planning for Drug Substance (DS), accountable for planning Drug Product (DP) for New Product Introductions (NPIs), commercial products, and clinical supplies;
- Ensures supply continuity across the enterprise by consulting with Procurement and site Supply Chain to support Supply Plans;
- Create and maintain detailed master production and material plans for product lines to use in driving Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and planning production capacity to support the Sales & Operations Plan (S&OP) process. Responsible for Capacity Planning across the enterprise;
- Implement and leverage ERP functionality in order to guarantee the required production flexibility and reach the targeted inventory levels;
- Consults with Commercial & Financial teams to understand the differences between sales and revenue and align the supply plan via the S&OP process;
- Produces and distributes the production plan to the Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and Clinical Supply. Organizations (CSOs) taking ERP results and CMO/CSO flexibility and constraints into account;
- Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for problem solving. Introduces and integrates new technologies and/or new processes, as needed. Performs ad hoc reporting / sensitivity analysis to support capacity, demand, and supply planning;
- Develops and maintains necessary records and documentation in compliance with cGMP system requirements;
- Chairs Weekly Supply Chain Planning Meetings for DS and DP;
- Recommends, implements and participates in Continuous Improvement initiatives.

**Required profile**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business / Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent, Management or relevant experience in Master Planning responsibilities (10+ years)
- Certification in ASCM disciplines highly preferred: CPIM, CSCP, SCOR-P
- Thorough and in-depth knowledge of ERP Systems, Master Production Scheduling, Production Planning, and Capacity Planning, Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred
- 10 years of experience in a planning capacity
- Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy in master data maintenance
- Master Planning Master Data-capacity analysis (routers and lead times)
- Demonstrated knowledge in Theory of Constraints/ Constraint Analysis
- Lean/six sigma certification preferred
