What to ExpectThe Vehicle Readiness Specialist is a key contributor to the Tesla experience by preparing vehicles for customers, and working with teammates to find opportunities for continuous improvement and new ways of vehicle readiness. This position is responsible for the high-quality preparation of customer cars, washing vehicles, and preparing new customer delivery vehicles. Success requires a desire to work quickly and efficiently, be challenged, have a high level of accountability, and a personal satisfaction in doing a great job.What You’ll DoNettoyer les véhicules de service, de prêt et de galerie
- Nettoyer l'extérieur et l'intérieur des véhicules conformément aux normes de l'entreprise.
- Utiliser des appareils à vapeur, des tuyaux, des aspirateurs et d'autres équipements
- Capacité à effectuer des vérifications ponctuelles et à gérer la correction de la peinture sur place, au besoin
- Suivre les calendriers, établir des priorités et gérer efficacement son temps pour respecter les délais
- Communiquer avec les diverses équipes qui participent au processus d'orientation des véhicules
- Gérer les stocks et commander des fournitures, si nécessaire
- Ce poste nécessite une maîtrise de l'anglais, afin de communiquer efficacement avec les clients/diverses parties prenantes internes et externes/etc.
- Clean service, loaner, and gallery vehicles
- Clean vehicle exteriors and interiors in compliance with company standards
- Operate steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment
- Ability to spot check and manage paint correction onsite as needed
- Track schedules, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Communicate with various teams that are involved in the vehicle orientation process
- Manage inventory and reorder supplies, as needed

- Valid Class 5 or G driver’s license in Canada and ability to be insured

- Ability to lift 50 - 60 pounds
