Inside Sales Representative

Overview:
**POSITION OVERVIEW**
Working in conjunction with, and reporting to the National Sales Manager, the **Inside Sales Representative** is responsible for converting inbound leads into sales. Not restricted to the traditional Monday-Friday, 9-5 work schedule, the ISR has flexible hours and workdays. The ISR is driven to meet and exceed goals and requires strong organization skills to be successful.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
The responsibilities of the ISR include, but are not limited to:
- Executing the Inbound Lead Process
- Handling of inbound leads as per OOF/Workflows
- Be the initial lead contact
- Owning the nurture process
- Setting of discovery session appointments
- Conducting sales presentations
- Closing sales virtually
- Goal setting, utilizing leading and lagging indicators
- Goal achievement and execution, via management of activities, utilizing dashboards
- Monitoring of indicators in real time, implementation of best practices as per playbooks
- Conduct presentations, utilizing virtual sales techniques
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education and Experience**:
- Business Administration diploma or degree would be considered an asset
- Experience in an inbound sales environment is a prerequisite
- Experience with consultative selling techniques
- Strong computer skills and can easily adapt to new software, automated databases and tracking
- Hubspot CRM knowledge is considered an asset
