**Job Overview**

We are looking for a part-time customer service representative to work independently for 5-6 hour shifts on week days and weekends within our operating hours of 10am-8pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Service all walk-in or phone customers with all order needs including: Setting up and managing customer profiles, giving/taking order tickets and garments, processing payments, and resolving customer issues
- Answer store phone and service all customers needs
- Accurately and efficiently iron and press clean articles by hand or by machine
- Maintain cleanliness standards by performing lite cleaning duties such as: sweeping, dusting, wiping, and vacuuming.
- Opening and closing the store location with company keys

**Abilities, Job Skills and Knowledge**:

- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Able to work on your feet for 5-6 hour
- Able to move, pull carry or lift 20 pounds
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Excellent customer services skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Time-management skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude and behaviour at all times
- Understanding of Health & Safety standards as well as hygiene and sobriety standards

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
