**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor facility activity to ensure compliance to NHP GMP’s and company QMS
- Perform raw materials, IPQC and finished product inspections.
- Monitor ingredient quality, WIP products, ensure quality of finished products released to market meets company standards and customer expectations.
- Monitor the accuracy of production record including but not limited lot number, raw material and document version.
- Maintain QC/QA documents/records as required.
- Provide on-board GMP and company policy training to new employees.
- Maintain retain samples and update documentation.
- Provide and approve floor corrective action.
- Follow up with the actions of hold products/materials.
- Complete non-conformance reports for any out of compliance situation or safety incidents
- Conduct lab tests or communicate with 3rd party lab for raw materials/finished products testing.
- Identify areas of improvement based on daily line check and provide quality improvement recommendations.
- Assist QA manager to set up new BOM in NetSuite System
- Other duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Experience in GMP knowledge, preferably in the Natural Health Products industry
- Lab experience is preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is preferred.
- High energy, self-motivated, and attention to detail
- Well-organized, detailed-oriented, multi-task oriented
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Works well independently and as part of a team
