Production Material Handler

Coordinate and make sure the availability of enough released raw material and packaging material for the need of production operation.
- Safe and effectively operate the forklift in all areas including shipping and receiving, sort line and inventorying materials
- Inspect and verify quality and quantity of raw material and packaging material to be used in each production run.
- Communicate material status with production, shipping & receiving, planning and QA and if needed, feedback any material nonconformities in timely manner.
- Transfer finished product to warehouse and prepare/complete Finished Good Report, verify the quantity of finished product manufactured.
- Remove all unused raw material, packaging material, label, WIP material, and incomplete case inventory.
- Monitor and ensure labeling of post-sterile sample box for each lot number and place box with product sample on Skid.
- Prepare and feed raw material during production run and assist in relieving machine operator and cleaning machine, if needed.
- Clean and maintain the working area in compliance with SOP and GMP regulations, recording in the sanitation logbook, if needed.
- Submit production paperwork and inspection report to production supervisor for completion of Work Order and closing of shift, if needed.
- Monitor/make sure safe inventory quantity of consumable production suppliers, e.g., label printing ribbon, printing ink and solvent etc.
- Assist to accomplish daily production plan as scheduled and run over time shift if required with approval in safe manner.
- Prepare Label requests and Print Product Labels required
- Issue production labels required by production lines as per Work orders
- Ensure accurate inventory of product labels including correct information tags

Perform additional related duties under requirement.

**Environment health and safety**
- Perform duties in a safe and timely manner and coordinate with production supervisor closely to achieve company and departmental goal.
- Follow preventative maintenance program for all equipment, including forklift completing all supporting documentation and participate in health and safety program/training/ seminar actively.

Monitor and collaborate to make sure employee, property, and production activity in clean, safe and sound manner.

**Lean & continuous improvement**
- Participate daily tiered meeting actively and observe, feedback material issue timely for better production output via Lean principle.

Monitor/help in improvement related with production efficiency and performance of machine, suggest implement to hit scheduled target.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Driver’s License is required to operate a forklift
- Forklift Certification required;
- Complete secondary education and knowledge of reading, interpreting work instructions and procedures.
- Must always observe company policies and safety procedures.
- Must treat others with respect; work with integrity and ethically; uphold organizational values.
- Knowledgeable in the following areas: knowledge of MS Office Suite, BOM, Pick Lists, Labor tracking/Materials tracking, problem solving skills and with strong machine aptitude.
