**Position Summary**
Join Centennial College as a Digital Media Recruitment Officer in our Strategic Enrolment Management team In this pivotal role, you will use digital media to enhance student engagement and recruitment, engaging via social media channels and executing effective digital recruitment strategies. Are you a collaborative problem solver? Liaising with deans, professors, and external parties such as recruitment partners will be core to your role. Through the organization and deployment of various live events, webinars, virtual fairs, photo shoots and campaigns, you’ll be actively contributing to why students from across Canada choose Centennial. Working alongside an innovative Global Digital Engagement team, your work will be fundamental in supporting and executing the institution’s recruitment strategy and operational goals.

As the Digital Media Recruitment Officer, you’ll collaborate closely with the Manager of National Digital Recruitment to drive our strategic communications framework. Your expertise with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, cutting-edge digital marketing techniques and emerging technologies will aid in amplifying our national presence and recruitment efforts. We’re looking for someone knowledgeable about Centennial’s programs and the provincial education systems, adept at aiding students in planning and decision-making for their academic paths.

**Responsibilities**
- Identifies and implements cutting-edge digital and social marketing trends and tools to keep at the forefront of recruitment strategies and enhance the College’s competitiveness in the domestic student market.
- Actively collaborates in the development and implementation of dynamic recruitment strategies, aligning efforts with the College’s enrolment plans and current market trends.
- Fosters strong relationships with various internal stakeholders, such as faculty members, ensuring a unified and powerful representation of Centennial in all recruitment-related engagements.
- Takes initiative in developing, coordinating, and leading teams, such as the student ambassadors, enhancing the human resource capabilities of the recruitment efforts.
- The incumbent develops and executes the different components of customer segmentation and journey mapping strategies by expertly utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and digital information management tools such as Salesforce, ConstantContact, Form Assembly, Sync Apps, and Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborates with the Admissions and Recruitment teams in initiating, planning, and executing on-campus and virtual professional development days and familiarization tours targeting Board, private, and secondary school personnel, promoting a holistic approach to reputation building and engagement with various audiences.
- Participates in digital recruitment events and sessions with prospects, applicants, and influencers using technologies such as live chat, virtual fairs, webinars, and livestreams.
- Leads and supports phone and WhatsApp outreach campaigns, including coaching and training Student Ambassadors.
- Handles digital, walk-in and telephone inquiries, facilitates interactions, and assists in the enrolment process.
- Effectively utilizes the Banner Admissions module for responding to inquiries, posting updates, and maintaining records, including monitoring, validating, and maintaining data integrity; investigating issues; and determining specific requirements and request Banner reports.
