The ability to direct, coordinate, execute all site work with precision and efficiency.

Ability to work safely will maintaining efficiency on the job sites at all times. Keeping clean and safe work spaces regularly

Maintain complete site organization of materials, sub trades, deliveries, crew installations within allotted deadlines and budgets.

Spotting, documenting and pricing of extra work that may arise throughout projects

Field crew accountability for tardiness, efficiency

Punctuality with the ability to work extended hours and weekends when required.

Valid G license with a personal vehicle able to travel up to an hour to and from job sites.

WHMIS and Fall Safety training
- Completion of a post-secondary education construction training program.
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
- CPR and first aid certifications.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- The ability to interpret blueprints.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction industry
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and best practices
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
