Geosyntec is looking for a tech-savvy, energetic, and reliable **Production Coordinator **who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adhere to strict webinar schedules, to join our team in **Toronto, Canada. **The position will be responsible for assisting with internal and external events online and in-person using the best available technology and resources. For in-person events, the role will assist with all aspects of event presentations and meetings; and for online events, manage an event calendar, assist with event marketing, track attendance, introduce events, assist presenters, monitor chat, and moderate as required.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Produce virtual training sessions, including management of break-out rooms, polling, spotlighting and whiteboards;
- Work closely with the Learning & Development Manager, Instructional Designer, and internal presentation facilitators to plan and execute virtual and in-person training;
- Execute virtual event production, including managing the complete virtual event process and live logistics;
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships internally with stakeholders;
- Provide technical support to internal and external presenters and attendees;
- Promote and monitor event performance to accomplish stated objectives using accurate analytics reporting and survey tools to make recommendations for continuous improvement;
- Work with the Central Marketing and Sales Support team to ensure training and event goals are met, and attendees have a positive experience;
- Assist digital marketing team in execution of hybrid event strategies;
- Generate new ideas to drive attendee engagement, sales opportunities, and engagement strategies;
- Manage internal and external communications; and
- Additional duties as assigned.

**EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE**
- GED and a minimum of 4 years of event/meeting management (live and/or virtual) experience with client-facing communication; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)
- Experience managing complex events. (preferred)
- Event promotion and client relations experience. (preferred)
- Strong operations management, project management, planning, organizational, and customer service skills. (required)
- Ability to participate, lead and work effectively in multiple team environments. (required)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly. (required)
- High level of comfort adapting to changes in technology; and communicating on the phone and online platforms, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar, Google Meet, and WebEx. (required)
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Marketo or other marketing automation software (preferred)
- Proficiency with basic video editing (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (required)
- Ability to work independently and address concerns of a wide variety and complexity. (required)
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). (required)
- Demonstrated ability to perform and succeed in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment. (required)
- Ability to travel to company offices across the country as needed (required)
- Valid Canadian driver s license and satisfactory driving record for business travel.
