I Have A Chance Support Services Ltd. is looking for an experienced **Program Manager **to oversee the Client Care Department. The Program Manager will be responsible to ensure that individual programs are in line with IHACSS’ Mission, Vision and Values and each program is being followed as contractually required. The Program Manager will work along side additional Senior Managers (HR Manager, QA Manager and Financial Resources Manager) to develop ongoing strategies to promote operational success.

**Compulsory Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing, mentoring, and working directly with Client Care Managers and the Client Care Administrator (including debriefing, evaluations, supervisions).
- Collaborate directly with the Chief Operations Officer to ensure that operations are meeting expectations
- Building positive collaborative relationships with leaders from external partners.
- Facilitate all client care meetings and individual in care intake meetings.
- Participate in senior manager duties including Department Leadership meetings, and contract meetings.
- Develop departmental objectives in partnership with the Chief Operation Officer
- Focus on Program and Staff development. Includes responding to the short and long-range impacts from internal and external decisions to build/ensure program responsiveness and resiliency.
- Support professional development of individuals, teams and the program.
- Monitor and review Individualized Care Plan development and ensure case coordination proceeds according to standards and provide case consultation as required.
- Review service/treatment models and clinical interventions and adapt as necessary.
- Participate in strategic planning, monitoring, and reviewing program development.
- Review program practice to ensure compliance with CAC standards and contractual requirements.
- Attend and participate in Interagency Meetings, Sector/Network Meetings and initiatives.
- Engaging in the community to promote IHACSS and establish professional connections to community businesses which will sponsor employment opportunities for individuals in care.
- Complete auditing to ensure completion and submission of Client Care monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
- Monitor fiscal and budgetary compliance as well as the program budget and track program expenditures, make adjustments as necessary.
- Works in collaboration with team members regarding program planning, development, actions taken and recommendations. Debrief with team members as needed.
- Ensure appropriate protocols are followed in performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Support HR in ensuring appropriate staffing is secured and maintained through best practice.
- Provide operational approval on day-to-day scheduling decisions
- Provide on-call support as needed.
- Maintain the Harm Reduction program and develop new and innovative programs to support individuals in care.
- Collaborating with Client Care managers to assess individual clients needs, strengths and struggles to create and implement client-focused harm reduction programming.
- Participate in abuse response investigations and critical incident investigations as required.
- Other duties as required

**Required Qualifications**
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a case management role
- A minimum of 5 years ‘related experience in disability services, addictions, social work or another related field

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of accreditation practices
- Previous experience supervising direct reports
- Experience working with unionized employees
