**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction**: Deliver engaging and comprehensive instructional demonstration in one or multiple areas of beauty services. Follow the curriculum to ensure relevant lessons are delivered each class.
- **Student Support**: Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to students, helping them refine their skills and develop their professional portfolios.
- **Social Media Content**: Assist students in capturing and showcasing their work through effective social media content creation. Offer training on how to leverage social media for professional growth and visibility.
- **Assessment**: Evaluate student performance through practical assessments, exams, and assignment reviews. Provide constructive feedback to aid in their development.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with industry trends and advancements. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance instructional skills.
- **Classroom Management**: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Manage classroom supplies, maintenance and dynamics to ensure an organized, productive and respectful atmosphere.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Formal education in beauty services from a recognized Canadian institution.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in one or more of the following areas: makeup artistry, nail technology, hair design, skincare and esthetics, waxing, lash and brow services.
- **Skills**: Proven expertise in your area(s) of specialization. Strong knowledge of current beauty trends, techniques, and best practices.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Personable and approachable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
- **Social Media Proficiency**: Experience in creating and editing social media content. Ability to guide students in developing effective online portfolios and promotional content.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high standard of work.
