Dundas County Hospice

Position: Program Assistant

Regular Part-time: 14-21 hours per week (flexible)

Start: as soon as possible

Dundas County Hospice is looking for a caring, compassionate, professional individual to coordinate our Day Hospice program and perform other administrative tasks to support all of our programs. Looking for an outgoing person with strong community ties. Must be willing to do any required training and/or continuing education.

**Qualifications**: Recent experience/education in program coordination/administrative support considered an asset.

Marketing/community engagement skills including social media and website development would be considered an asset.

Knowledge of local community support services will be required.

Self-motivation, time management, organizational, problem-solving, and strong communication (both oral and written) skills a must.

**Description**: Coordination of weekly Day Hospice Program including follow-up with clients, arranging transportation, coordinating activities, volunteers, snacks and meals.

Admin support of Fundraising Committee and other Hospice programs including development of marketing materials, updates to social media and website.
