We’re seeking a **Warranty Administrator** to join our team at Park Lane Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC, a leading GM automotive dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation, and balancing repair orders. No prior automotive experience is required—just a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy
**Responsibilities**:
- **Manage Warranty Claims**: Process and track GM warranty claims, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- **Balance Repair Orders**: Verify repair orders to ensure they align with the claim amounts, making sure all details are correct.
- **Documentation**: Maintain clear and accurate records of warranty claims, repair orders, and other relevant documents.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and parts departments to ensure warranty claims are submitted and processed smoothly.
- **Customer Service**: Provide support to customers and internal teams by answering questions and updating claim statuses.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all warranty claims are submitted in accordance with GM policies and procedures.
- **Timely Submissions**: Submit warranty claims within required timeframes to ensure prompt reimbursement.
- **Verification**: Review parts and labor submissions for warranty claims to ensure correct pricing and time allocations.
Qualifications:
- **Strong Organizational Skills**: Ability to stay on top of multiple tasks and manage competing priorities with a high level of accuracy.
- **Detail-Oriented**: A keen eye for detail to ensure that warranty claims and repair orders are processed correctly.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and professional communication, both verbal and written, to work with customers and internal teams.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Comfortable using computer systems, Microsoft Office, and willing to learn new software.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
