Our Store Colleagues are inspired doers. They help provide a positive in-store shopping experience by ensuring the store is always ready with available products that meet customer needs to live life well. Our Clerks inspire our customers through delightful conversation and knowledge of products.

What you’ll do
- Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
- Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
- Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
- Setup company-directed promotions and programs.
- Ensure proper product rotation as required
- Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
- Able to move up to 50lbs and in constant mobility for an entire shift

Who you are
- Demonstrated understanding of critical success factors for the no frills concept as a discount food store focusing on low price.
- Demonstrated understanding of a Grocery clerk's impact on store performance in the following ways:

- merchandising to appropriate No Frills standards
- checking invoices for proper product / pricing / quantities
- maintaining cleanliness to appropriate standards
- Excellent communication skills
- One year of Grocery Stocking experience
- Demonstrated Customer focus Ability to manage people Ability to work with mínimal functional direction
- Open availability and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays according to the needs of the business.
