The Peter Guay Team operates on the PWL Capital brokerage platform. PWL Capital is a leading firm in market-based investing and the integration of financial planning and investment management. PWL Capital is a Broker Dealer and CIRO member firm.

**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities & Activities**
- Track incoming and execute outgoing regular and ad-hoc cash transfers
- Process wire transfers, request cheques and send electronic funds transfers
- Work with portfolio management team to ensure that client accounts remain fully invested
- Submit and reconcile incoming client account transfers
- Resolve transfer issues and ensure timely delivery of securities
- Execute trading and portfolio implementations as directed by Portfolio Managers
- Trade account positions and manage block trades with our custodian’s trading desk
- Reconcile monthly trading reports and fees
- Be an ambassador of the Peter Guay Team’s approach to wealth management & investing
- Perform other duties, as assigned by the Team Lead

**Qualifications**
- Requirement to communicate effectively in bilingual environment
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in a Canadian brokerage or similar organization
- Must be CIRO licensed as an Investment Representative or Registered Representative
- Must have a university degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, the Sciences or a connected field.
- Must have intermediate-advanced experience with Excel
- Proficient knowledge of financial markets and experience trading on Canadian and US stock exchanges
- Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to function well within a team environment
- Other financial designations are considered an asset
- An interest in financial planning is an asset
