The **Director, Partnerships and Media Relations** is integral to the success of the **Pension Solutions** team, and to CAAT’s guiding mission and growth strategy.

Reporting to the Vice President, Pension Solutions & Partnerships, the Director, Partnerships and Media Relations will play a pivotal role in forging strategic partnerships and shaping business development media strategies that will drive CAAT’s business growth. You will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence, expanding our reach, and driving business growth through effective media campaigns and collaborations. You will lead a team of managers who have responsibility over marketing pension solutions, as well as research and data management of growth opportunities.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Proven experience (7 - 10 years) in marketing, media management, partnerships, or related roles
- Strong understanding of media trends, digital platforms, and emerging technologies
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- People Leadership experience and ability to foster relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative strategies
- Management and negotiation of partnership agreements to ensure clear expectations and deliverables
- Proficiency in providing strategic guidance to marketing, data, research teams to deliver sales and business development insight support to the broader Pensions Solutions team

**Once here you will**:

- Develop and implement partnership strategies and execute comprehensive media strategies that align with CAAT’s growth goals and objectives
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and industry leaders to amplify CAAT’s brand and expand business development growth opportunities
- Lead the development of metrics used to review and evaluate the effectiveness of each partnership and provide guidance for optimized data driven partnership evaluation
- Provide strategic guidance to marketing, data, and research teams to deliver sales and business development insight support to the broader Pensions Solutions team
- Develop metrics to evaluate campaign performance as well as provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
- In conjunction with the Director, Pension Solutions and Partnerships, own and maintain positive relationships with media providers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate media efforts into marketing strategies and work with other internal CAAT teams with respect to media needs including appointment notices, corporate-related news releases, earned media and media interviews
- Plan and design creative and engaging media campaigns to promote products, services, events, and growth initiatives and develop metrics to evaluate campaign performance and insights to optimize future campaigns
