- Able to draft SOC, AOD, AOS, and take care of ED booking, meditation booking
- Must have a minimum of two year experience working as a law clerk
- Superior knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure, LAT/SABS
- Possess superior organizational and task management skills
- Effective writing and communication skills (excellent English language skills, second language is an asset)
- Excellent client relation and interpersonal skills
- Keep on top of the deadlines.
- You are **Confident and dependable, with strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and part of a team.**:

- Managing complex schedules and workload to ensure the lawyers are adequately prepared for meetings.
- Ability to manage office calendars by scheduling appointments, anticipating lawyer’s needs, changes and rearranging the schedules as needed.

This position will have the following responsibilities:

- Manage Accident Benefits files from opening until closing, respond to S.33 requests and coordinate S.44 assessments
- Ascertain value of files, and ability to settle files
- Prepare for and attend arbitration, LAT case conferences/hearings, EUOs
- Meet with clients for intake and completing OCF forms
- Produce billing and perform general office administrative tasks
- Follow up with undertakings, client reporting, and intakes
- Drafting and production of letters to insurance companies, doctors, OHIP, police and more
- Draft pleadings, Affidavit of Documents, Settlement proposals, motion records, trial records, Statements of Issues, pre-trial memorandum, pre-arbitration memorandums
- Review files and summarize documents, including medical reports, employment records
- Other duties related to accident benefits as assigned
