Hillel BC, located at the heart of UBC in a modern facility, is at the forefront of enriching Jewish student life across university and college campuses in British Columbia. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and oversee a broad range of student-centered programs and events.
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 programming staff, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.
- Develop strategies to engage uninvolved student populations, creating welcoming pathways into the Jewish community.
- Forge key partnerships with university professionals to enhance program planning and execution.
- Actively participate in budgeting and development activities under the guidance of the Executive Director.
- Spearhead Hillel BC's advocacy efforts on campus in collaboration with local and national partners.
- Respond effectively to anti-Israel and antisemitic incidents, coordinating with both students and external partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or professional Jewish organizational experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in experiential education, leadership development, or engagement.
- Deep understanding of Jewish traditions, practices, and the ability to facilitate meaningful conversations.
- Self-motivated, creative, and reflective with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a vehicle for community engagement and program facilitation.

**Salary Range**:
Hillel BC offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
